Elle is proud to be one of the few true Grand County natives you’ll meet. Daughter of the Assistant Fire Chief and longtime Winter Park Ski Patroller, she has been fortunate to call this beautiful and supportive community home for her entire life. Upon graduating from Denver’s Metro State University, Elle did take some time away from home to work and travel overseas in Australia and New Zealand. Still yearning to explore, she returned to the United States where she spent time in both South Lake Tahoe and San Francisco where she worked for a mortgage company. But all along, Elle knew her true home in the Rocky Mountains was calling, and she returned to Winter Park in 2012. As a committee member of the Winter Park Chamber Advisory Board and co-founder of the Winter Park Young Professionals, Elle has proven that she is dedicated to building a strong future for her beloved community. She’s pleased to answer any questions you may have about the true “local experience,” and from the school district to the slopes, she’s eager to help make her hometown your hometown.
Looking back on 2017, there are a few buzz words that come to mind in
"My husband and I recently purchased a vacation home (condo) in Winter Park. Something we've wanted to do for a few years now but have been overly cautious about. A listing by Elle Soles Ennis came up in an area we've always loved. A listing that for some reason, stuck with us more than any others. We crawled out of our comfort zone and took a chance. We proceeded to move forward with an offer. We chose not to use another realtor and put our trust in Elle mostly because she was so prompt and friendly to help us. Our decision proved to be the best one. Elle was so patient and calm when answering all our questions. Calm is not always easy for those of us paying the big bill! Every time we made a request, no matter how time consuming or difficult, she was on it and got our information to us quickly. Communication is so important in real estate...for us, in anything, so we are so grateful for her professionalism during this time, Not only is Elle a great Realtor, she will always be OUR realtor...she has also become our friend!"
